Michelle is the President and Founder of Michelle M. Wilson, AIA, PLLC, bringing over 40 years of experience in architecture and design. A registered architect across the United States, she has completed projects in more than 22 states, specializing in high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and retail environments.
Michelle has successfully owned and led architectural practices since 1985. She founded MH Architects in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and later established and grew the architectural division of CLC Associates, serving as Principal and Director of Architecture until 2002. During her tenure, she led the design and vision for key client projects from conception through completion and cultivated long-standing client relationships.
In 2002, Michelle established CLC Residential and later founded Michelle M. Wilson, AIA, PLLC in 2012, with both firms focusing on luxury custom residential and hospitality/restaurant design. Known for her blend of sensitivity, vision, and creativity grounded in practical application, Michelle delivers timeless interior and exterior design solutions tailored to the refined tastes of her clients.
Chandlor has been with MMW Architects since 2019 and has quickly advanced to Vice President through his leadership, design expertise, and commitment to excellence. He plays a key role in shaping the firm’s design direction and overseeing complex projects across multiple market sectors.
Chandlor has served as lead designer on a range of projects, including multi-family apartment developments, multiple restaurant concepts at Denver International Airport, and high-end custom residential remodels. His work reflects a strong design sensibility paired with a practical understanding of constructability and project execution.
He holds a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University, studied under world-renowned architect Fuensanta Nieto, co-founder and principal of Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos in Madrid, Spain, and was awarded the Heintzelman Prize for outstanding design achievement. Chandlor brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to each project, consistently delivering solutions that balance vision, functionality, and value.
Adam helps realize the firm’s vision of delivering unique, contextually grounded design solutions that exceed client expectations. Since joining MMW in 2020, he has contributed to a wide range of projects, including multi-family apartment developments, restaurant designs at Denver International Airport, and custom residential and planning-focused development projects.
A graduate of Kansas State University with a Master of Architecture and a minor in Business, Adam developed a fascination with responsive design and the intersection of technology, craft, and landscape. His studies abroad in the Czech Republic further shaped his appreciation for contextual and culturally responsive architecture.
Outside the studio, Adam draws inspiration from the outdoors, fly fishing, camping, hunting, and snowboarding, pursuits that continually inform his sensitivity to nature and his commitment to integrating design seamlessly within its environment.
